Foreclosure – Our foreclosure prevention counselor will work with you to become knowledgeable and confident in making choices to avoid foreclosure by providing education on the Colorado foreclosure process, developing realistic household spending plans, providing tools to work effectively with mortgage servicers, referring appropriate resources, and collaborating with you to create a strategic plan to cure your mortgage default or transition to other housing.

HECM - Reverse mortgages are loan products that allow older adult (62+) homeowners to borrow against the value of their homes while requiring no monthly payments as long as they are living in the home.  During a reverse mortgage counseling session, we will discuss your financial goals, Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) rules, pros and cons of the loan product and alternatives to reverse mortgage.
